Courtney Nichol's Jello Mold Extraordinaire

THE Jello Mold recipe featured in Courtney Nichol’s podcast episode. Maybe one day it will make it’s debut at a Disco Dining Club event? Fingers crossed. xx

INGREDIENTS -

1 large package or 2 small packages of raspberry jello (do not use sugar free)

1 can jellied cranberries

1 can crushed pineapple

1 pint sour cream

2 cups (or as many as your like) chopped walnuts

1 cup boiling water

INSTRUCTIONS -

In bowl mix jello with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved

Add jellied cranberries - blend with hand beater or electric beater until mixed 

In separate bowl mix sour cream with pineapple (juice and all)

Add walnuts

Combine both bowls together

Pour into Pam sprayed gelatin mold or bundt pan (a brain shaped mold is always a crowd favorite)

Refrigerate until serving
